We're seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Aide to join our dynamic team at FIRST-LINE PHARMACY in Malolos City, Bulacan. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and high-quality delivery of pharmaceutical services to our patients. What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications
  2. Maintaining the pharmacy inventory by restocking shelves and managing supplies
  3. Providing excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing their needs
  4. Accurately processing and filing patient records and prescription orders
  5. Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy workspace
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
  2. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  3. Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to use pharmacy-related software
  4. A team-oriented mindset and the willingness to assist with various pharmacy tasks as needed
  5. High school diploma or equivalent
