IT Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of IT related course
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Knowledge in Programming is a plus
• Knowledge in Various Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Hardware and Software Support
• Installation, re-installation of OS, applications, drivers, printers
• Troubleshooting of existing systems-Viruses, Errors, Problems
• Deployment of new hardware and software-setting of up computers, networking equipment, etc.
• Maintenance and Custodianship of IT Equipment
• Systematically and pro-actively maintain IT equipment to avoid unnecessary failures
• Keep track of existing IT hardware
• Keep track of items that are loaned out to other departments and ensure proper return
• Loading
• Ensure loading documents sent to IT are valid, sensible and complete before loading
• Load documents properly without error
