Provide assistance with technology products such as hardware, software or other electronic or mechanical equipment.
In general, technical support services providing assistance to users solve specific problems with a product; conduct training, customization, or other support sevices. Organize IT documents, contracts, inventories, and internal coordination.
Provided technical support for maintaining PC softare, hardware and give technical advice for personnel project oriented computing needs. Attend and solve user's queries and problems. Organize documents as stated in the summary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4 years computer related course.
At least 1 years in Computer repair, network infrastructure & handling customer queries. Knowledgeable in MS Excel; Fresh graduates are subject for evaluation.
MS Excel Basic/ Advance is an advantage .
