Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Liaison Officer to handle coordination with various government agencies to ensure timely processing of permits, registrations, and compliance documents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business permits, BIR, and SEC documentation, as well as the submission of necessary reports. This role requires strong communication skills and at least three years of hands-on experience dealing with government offices in multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the application, renewal, and release of business permits, clearances, and licenses from local government units (LGUs)
  • Process and submit documentation to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) including registrations, updates, and certifications
  • Coordinate with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for company-related compliance and filings
  • Prepare and submit government-mandated reports accurately and on time
  • Maintain and organize official documents, records, and communications related to compliance and regulatory matters
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with government officers and agency representatives
  • Represent the company in government transactions with professionalism and integrity
  • Provide updates to management on the status of documentation and regulatory processes
  • Stay informed of changes in regulations and requirements affecting business operations

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in liaising with government agencies, preferably handling multiple locations or cities
  • Strong knowledge of documentation and compliance processes with LGUs, BIR, and SEC
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Must be familiar with document tracking, submission protocols, and reporting standards

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with other government agencies (e.g., Local Municipalities, BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) is a plus
  • Background in administrative or legal support is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel for inter-city coordination if needed
