CSR – Open for HS/SHS Graduates No Experience Required

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is open to High School and Senior High School graduates, even without prior BPO experience. As a CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist clients with product or service concerns, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and uphold excellent customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
  • No BPO experience required (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work onsite (CDO Site).
