QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

  • Preferably 5-6 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

  • Must have at-least an experience handling Housing Projects / Land Developments / Mid-Rise Building Projects for more than 5yrs.

  • Required Skill(s): Can transmit instruction to the operations Team, can read and interpret plans and specification very well. Can review and verify data in hardcopy or electronic format, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of structural works, Team player and works harmoniously with colleagues, follows instruction, responds management direction.

  • Must be willing to work in Talisay City, Negros Occidental

  • Can start asap.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Study buildings plans thoroughly and be able to implement effectively.

  • Monitor daily work schedule of activities.

  • Prepare cutting list and do estimates.

  • Monitor materials stocks and ensure they are maintained based on requirements project.

  • Ensure concreting schedules are followed as planned.

  • Ensure optimum use of construction resources.

  • Be able to evaluate billings on contractors sub-contractors fairly.

  • Implement site procedures, rules and regulations.
