KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee accrued cost of goods sold (COGS) and prepaid balances related to manufacturing services and materials.
  • Prepare and record journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconcile intercompany receivables and payables for inventory transactions.
  • Manage and track Patient Assistance Program (PAP) unit postings.
  • Partner with the supply chain team to reconcile month-end on-hand inventory against vendor statements.
  • Prepare quarterly flux analyses for accrued COGS and prepaid manufacturing materials.
  • Compile quarterly purchase commitment report for inventory-related purchase orders.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 5–8 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in cost and inventory accounting.
  • Biotech, pharma, or life sciences industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, inventory valuation methods, and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; detail-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
