Credit Management Associate

Responsibilities:

The Credit Management Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely collection of payments from buyers and providing after-sales service. This includes tasks such as resolving payment concerns and addressing requests during the equity amortization period until the full payment is made.

• Ensure timely collection of buyer payments and the implementation of the collection policy.
• Monitor payment status, send reminders to buyers, and resolve any payment concerns.
• Proactively contact customers with overdue payments and assist in resolving outstanding balances.
• Conduct scheduled field visits to customers with delinquent accounts for follow-up and payment recovery.
• Respond appropriately and promptly to client concerns, requests for information, and service-related assistance regarding collections.
• Assist the team with various administrative functions related to business operations.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Business Studies, Financial Management, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a highly customer service-oriented or real estate company
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Must be keen on details, dependable with value for high work ethic and customer service
• Possesses a dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organization
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing to be assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan
