Philippines OVATech OPC Full time ₱60,000 - ₱72,000 per year

Rate: Starting Rate at $6.00 (Negotiable)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT Job

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration, preferably in recruiting, staffing, or professional services

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom.Info, Seamless, or similar)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Maintain, customize, and administer the company's CRM platform (Apollo)

- Implement process improvements and upgrades to enhance recruiter productivity

- Ensure clean, consistent, and accurate data entry across all users

- Provide day-to-day CRM support, training, and documentation for best practices

- Generate, analyze, and distribute reports and dashboards for recruitment, sales, and client management

- Track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion ratios to provide actionable insights

- Present CRM-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making

- Work with vendors and IT teams to integrate CRM with other tools

- Build workflows and automations to streamline repetitive tasks \

Must Have:

- Proven experience with CRM systems administration and optimization

- Strong data accuracy and reporting skills

- Technically savvy with software, web services, and online research tools

- Service-oriented with excellent communication

Nice to Have:

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services

- Experience with integrations between CRM and ATS, email, or marketing platforms

- Ability to build workflows and automations to streamline repetitive tasks
