Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries about loan services via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Direct Sales (Commission-Based)

  • Identify and approach prospective clients and leads.
  • Discover and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Team player, success-driven, diligent, and committed.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, credit, or collections is an advantage.
