Warehouseman

• Update and maintain storage/inventory database (Lark).
• Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts.
• Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant departments.
• Coordinate the purchase of stocking materials.
• Provide regular inventory reports to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
• Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
• Perform regular stock checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Answer stock check queries from Procurement and other departments.
• Prepare materials for delivery.
• Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Provide inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate daily records of withdrawal slips and ensure deductions are made in the current inventory.
• Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished products.
• Identify and report slow-moving products and, with approval, arrange for their removal of the product.

Qualification:

Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Experience using inventory software (e.g., Lark or similar systems).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to track and manage inventory accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of stock management and warehousing best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Communication skills for coordination with procurement and other departments.
• Willingness to work in Baras, Rizal.
