QA Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and facilitating various internal trainings and orientations.
• Conduct physical and visual inspection of project components based on quality and technical standards and specification of on- going and completed newly installed Provisioning Request if confirming to standard practices and submit sub-standard installations for rectification.
• Ensure all works/installation is conforming to accurate material declaration.
• Regular debriefing and refresher courses on the Dos' and Don'ts in the field.
• Gives technical training to the field personnel to ensure efficiency and quality of work in installation and repair.
• Monitor the technical knowledge of the field personnel based on the expected service required from the Client.
• Inspect personnel grooming and field habits/attitude including safety condition.
• Conduct investigations of customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Participate with Senior Team Members in conducting due diligence with business partners, on-site inspection, investigation and other work related activities.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any (4) year course or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1 year working experience in Telecom Industry
• With driving experience and with valid professional drivers license
• Experience in fiber splicing, trouble shooting and network testing is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
