YOUR ROLE

• Provide L3 support for the BWC Customer File system, troubleshoot RPG-based issues, and resolve production incidents
• Manage deployments and version control using ALDON
• Implement DevOps practices and automate deployments on AS400
• Perform system maintenance, optimize DB2 performance, and ensure compliance with security standards
• Collaborate with teams, document solutions, and share knowledge with junior members.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience (3-5 years) in L3 application support within Core Banking
• Hands-on experience in Silverlake Customer (BWC) on AS400
• Strong RPG programming skills
• Knowledge of DB2 database management on AS400
• Experience with ALDON for automated software deployment
• Understanding of DevOps processes and best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
• Good documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work and relocate in Malaysia for fulltime employment
