Responsibilities:

Daily Reporting and Updates:

  • Provide daily updates to the administrative lead or office manager on accomplishments, ongoing tasks, and any issues requiring attention or escalation.

Administrative Task Management:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including answering phones, managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in managing projects by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Client Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients, addressing their needs and ensuring smooth communication and operations.

Inventory and Office Supply Management:

  • Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient and replenished as necessary.

Compliance Documentation Assistance:

  • Assist in the preparation of documents and provide support to the office liaison for compliance work (e.g., renewals, new business permits, etc.).

Meeting Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with the office liaison and other lawyers, ensuring all projects are managed effectively.

Financial Administration:

  • Create and maintain a petty cash liquidation tracker and monitor client expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
