Facility and Event Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Property Custody & Maintenance Expertise

* Oversees the physical condition of the venue;

* Conducts regular inspections and preventative maintenance;

* Manages repair schedules, housekeeping, and liaises with maintenance staff

1. Logistics & Inventory Management

* Handles check-in/check-out procedures for suppliers and contractors

* Maintains accurate records of property inventories, storages, and equipment/supplies during events.

1. Event Setup Knowledge:

* Background in the SOPs for ingress, setup, and disassemble/teardown.

* Background in rigging, stage assembly, and disassembly

* Familiar with safety standards related to rigging and stage setup

1. Leadership & Coordination Skills.

* Can manage a team;

* Coordinates with event organizers, suppliers, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities/ Events Management, Building Maintenance or other related degree.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or events setup supervision.
• Strong knowledge in facilities maintenance, technical maintenance, and general repair works.
• Skilled in preventive maintenance planning, inventory management, and team supervision.
• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• TESDA or Safety Certifications (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, BOSH/COSH, First Aid) are an advantage.

Willing to work on site (Philippine Arena, Bocaue, Bulacan)
