  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual content for various mediums (social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, etc.).
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with Phildex's brand identity and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
  • Adapt Designs: Create and adapt design templates for diverse platforms (web, print, and social media).
  • Print and Digital Designs: Develop designs for both print and digital media including social media banners, website images, infographics, product packaging, and more.
  • Client Collaboration: Assist in visual concepts and design executions for clients and internal projects.
  • Revision & Feedback: Revise designs based on feedback and deliver final drafts in the required formats.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design standards and practices.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. (Skills and tenure is most important)
  2. Experience: At least (5) five years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Skills:
  4. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  5. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
  6. Excellent visual communication skills and attention to details.
  7. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  9. Experience with web design and social media design is a plus.

  12. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  13. Ability to take feedback and apply it to design improvements.
  14. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  15. Must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
