Job Summary

The Graphic Designer for Branding will play a key role in developing and maintaining the visual identity of our brand. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and strategic thinking to create compelling visuals that communicate our brand message effectively across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop visual concepts and designs: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, website design, digital advertisements, social media content, and presentations.

Maintain Brand Consistency: Develop and enforce brand identity guidelines, ensuring all visual designs adhere to brand standards in terms of typography, color palette, imagery, and tone.

Collaborate with teams: Work closely with marketing, creative, and other teams to understand design requirements, develop creative strategies, and ensure designs align with marketing initiatives and project goals.

Create Visual Assets: Design and produce a wide range of assets, including illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visuals for both digital and print media.

Adapt Designs for Different Platforms:Modify designs to suit the specific requirements of various platforms, including websites, social media, print advertisements, and multimedia presentations.

Manage File Preparation and Specifications: Ensure that files are properly prepared with the correct specifications (e.g., color profiles, resolution, file size) for seamless implementation across different formats.

Review and Refine Designs: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and teams to refine designs, ensuring they meet project goals and maintain visual consistency.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously research and integrate new design trends and best practices into projects, while also ensuring that designs remain fresh and relevant.

Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree: Degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools.

Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly those related to branding and visual identity.

Strong Understanding of Design Principles: Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts and provide rationale to non-designers.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality in all design deliverables.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide constructive feedback.

Time Management Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to generate innovative ideas, think strategically, and develop creative solutions to design challenges.
