Position Overview
The
Sales Executive (Timora)
is responsible for generating leads, calling to prospect clients, pitching to potential clients, and closing deals for the Timora HR & Payroll System. This role requires excellent communication, client relationship management, and consultative selling skills to help business owners and HR teams understand how Timora can improve their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients for Timora (B2B focus: small, and medium enterprises).
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client consultations (online and onsite).
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and client agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate referrals and renewals.
- Coordinate with the implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and product updates.
- Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or HR/payroll software solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of business operations and HR/payroll processes is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in closing deals.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of online systems and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel for client meetings or product demos when needed.
