Job description

Key Responsibilities:Document Management:

  • Maintain engineering documents and project files using Google Drive, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.

  • Prepare reports on manpower activities, project progress, and fleet maintenance using Google Sheets and Docs.

  • Ensure all records are up to date and backed up, with easy access for relevant stakeholders.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in reviewing project bids, proposals, and plans, identifying key requirements.

  • Support the preparation of project schedules and cost estimates using Google Workspace tools.

  • Monitor daily project progress and assist in resolving any issues through coordination with teams via Google Meet and Chat.

Operations Support:

  • Track and document fleet and facility maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance using Google Forms and Sheets.

  • Assist with managing project documentation and fleet records, including insurance and registration.

Client Support:

  • Organize and maintain client records, respond to requests, and provide technical recommendations using Google Docs and Meet.

  • Schedule and track preventive maintenance for client accounts through Google Calendar.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Experience in document control or project coordination roles.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Meet).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
