Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for undergarments to improve productivity and efficiency.

B. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and time studies for various sewing and assembly operations.

C. Plan, track, and balance production (UG) sewing lines for maximum efficiency and minimal bottlenecks.

D. Perform line balancing and work-study techniques to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

E. Evaluate and improve ergonomics and workflow in the sewing and finishing sections.

F. Monitor and control production costs and work with cross-functional teams to achieve cost-saving targets.

G. Collaborate with the product development and merchandising department to ensure manufacturability during the design phase.

H. Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency.

I. Train operators and sewers on new processes and best practices.

J. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

K. Generate regular reports on production metrics and recommend actionable improvements.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

  • At least 6 months of IE Practice
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience or undergarment industry (experience with lingerie or intimate apparel is highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, and industrial engineering tools.
  • Proficiency in time and motion studies, line balancing, and productivity analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Can start ASAP
