  • Assist clients in preparing accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
  • Generate financial statements for clients in various industries.
  • Facilitate the setup of startup companies, advising on tax implications and structuring.
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Juantax
  • Conduct thorough reviews of tax compliance documents to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and client communication.
  • Collaborate with clients, addressing their tax-related inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Research tax regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and best practices.
  • Assist with additional client-related and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year
    of experience in general accounting, finance, or taxation.
  • Willing to do fieldwork if needed.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Juantax is preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and effective communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
