Captain Waiter

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or equivalent (college level in HRM or related course is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter, preferably in a Japanese or Teppanyaki restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, especially Teppanyaki-style dining
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to upsell menu items and explain dishes confidently to guests
• Familiarity with order-taking systems and POS software
• Hands-on experience in handling guest complaints professionally and efficiently
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Pleasing personality, polite, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, live cooking environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
