As an RMA Specialist, your role involves receiving and processing customer Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests through various channels, such as phone, email, and web-based systems. It also includes responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional support.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business or IT related Course / Equivalent
- With experience in any related field. (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.)
- Must possess good to excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Tech Savvy
