The Opportunity

We are seeking an SAP HCM Senior Consultant who will leverage both functional and technical expertise to help clients implement best-practice payroll processes through the successful deployment of Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You'll play a key role in optimizing HR and payroll operations while partnering closely with

stakeholders to deliver seamless SAP solutions.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, primarily remote with occasional onsite collaboration (1–2 times per month), and follows Australian business hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PST). It's an exciting opportunity to make an impact while working with a high-performing, award-winning team.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current payroll stream
  • Work as a member of the team on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projects
  • Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes
  • Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timeline
  • Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment
  • Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
  • Finalise configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activities
  • Conduct knowledge transfer activities as training and support for customers for developing their skills

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • At least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutions
  • Experience in payroll configuration
  • Expertise and ideally certification in ECP and/or SAP payroll
  • Experience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage
  • Professional and committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments
  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task competing stakeholder requests
  • Innovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimize at-scale
