You will belong in an organization with over 140 years of heritage as a European cooperative, being a high performing individual in Arla Foods will require a mindset where you can work across all business units and navigate in a matrix organization, it also requires you to be a team player, where you see the value of teamwork and collaboration

You will support the Head of Finance in delivering the end-to-end monthly and quarterly financial forecasting activities, ensuring full alignment with regional and global financial planning processes

You will develop and maintain established weekly, monthly and other periodic performance reports, including sales and profit reports, SB VDRG and trade investments

You will be a dedicated business partner to the Retail business unit, providing reports and deep financial analysis and insights to the entire team that will support the business unit's strategic initiatives

You will continuously update and streamline relevant financial systems, processes and tools including but not limited to pricing simulators

The Junior Finance Business Partner will be part of Arla Foods' Financial Planning & Analysis team and will report directly to the Head of Finance.What will make you successful

You have a degree in business, finance, economics or other related fields.You have at least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in an FMCG company, preferably from an international dairy background.You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and other reporting tools.You have working knowledge on Oracle NetSuite and SAPYou a high performing individual that demonstrates exceptional collaboration and communications skills

You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership

You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
