Job Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering or other related courses.

· At least 10 year(s) of working experience in fuel terminal operations or the related field is a must.

· With Strong in HSSE knowledge/skill.

· With Strong leadership & engagement skills.

· Preferably living in or near Bataan

Job Description:

Oversee Terminal operations covering also engineering, logistics and HSSE related matters and product importation activities

• Oversee all terminal operations activities from vessel importation, storage and handling, to product loading to barge and trucks
• Oversee all activities in the terminal (maintenance and project activities)
• Develop and enforce procedures and policies in order to improve the terminal's inventory management performance, efficiency and HSSE
• Ensure that distribution of operations activities/procedures are carried out in accordance with established procedures, controls and company policies
• Supervise and develop operations staff to improve knowledge, skills and capability through proper guidance and training
• Conduct regular walkabout in the terminal to identify areas/processes to be improved, apply and monitor best practices in terminal operations and engineering projects; recommend actions for items that need improvements and disseminate best practice to all terminal staff
• Monitor that the terminal operates within the approved Capex and Opex Budget; continuously drive for cost reduction and improving the level of service; coordinates with Engineering in monitoring and completion of Capex and major Opex projects; that projects are delivered on specs and on-time; recommends improvements in the terminal
• Coordinate with Engineering Team and Terminal Operator for maintenance planning of all equipment to ensure good operation condition and reliability
• Generates/Consolidates pertinent end-of-period reports such as Terminal Highlights, Monthly Safety Reports, Quarterly Review Reports, etc
• Act as Loading Master for importations in Batangas and Sariaya (as needed)

As Loading Master

• Responsible for Importation
• Ensure the safe, correct and timely execution of Importation Process
• To monitor the entire importation process from berthing to unberthing of the vessel.
• Coordinate all activities related to the transfer and discharge of marine cargo. Responsible in ensuring that cargoes are correctly and efficiently transferred to corresponding shore tanks, according to safety standards.
• Coordinate with shore personnel on instructions, discharge sequence and monitoring of vessel discharging.
• Check, verify and ensure completeness of all vessel importation documents
• Liaise with Shipping Agents on Vessel schedules and other authorities.
• Provide timely advise to Sales and Operations Team on vessel arrival status.
• Develop with the Operations Manager a terminal operations manual for importation.
• Lead the compliance of all terminal product receiving procedures.
