Hostess / Server

Position Overview:

This dual-role position combines the hospitality and coordination skills of a Host with the refined table service capabilities of a Server. The Server/Host is pivotal in creating a smooth, welcoming, and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests upon entry with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, guest waitlists, and walk-ins using the designated system.
• Assign tables and communicate seating logistics to service staff.
• Accommodate guest preferences and special occasions with care.
• When serving, fulfill all Server responsibilities (see Server description).
• Coordinate with the management and service team for seamless guest turnover.
• Maintain updated floor plans and optimize seating arrangements.
• Provide concierge-style assistance when needed (directions, event details, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in front-of-house operations within fine dining.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable or SevenRooms.
• Calm, polished demeanor; excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to guest details.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
