ROLE
As part of the Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for providing IT support for end users and systems administration for the infrastructure and applications that support company operations across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, US).
We don't expect you to be an expert in every area, but you will get involved in a broad range of systems and services and will need to be able to quickly adapt and take up ownership and responsibility for new services as they are developed.
From an infrastructure administration perspective, you will provide support for; both physical and virtual infrastructure (servers running Linux [debian mostly], and Windows; hypervisor hosts running PVE (Proxmox); Cloud infrastructure on AWS; Cloud services in Google GCP, and will provide ongoing maintenance to keep these systems current and up-to date with security patches etc. You will also be involved in managing the environment and maintenance activities around these systems (e.g. firewall rules/security groups, AWS EC2 Security Roles, Loadbalancer config, DNS).
At an application level, you will work with technical operations and development teams to support both production and development systems, installing services and applications, tuning and securing these services to keep us secure.
We have multiple websites and applications that provide service to our clients. These leverage various technology stacks are managed and maintained by this role holder (examples: AWS EC2 servers, AWS Secrets, SES SMTP mail access, AWS S3 buckets, cPanel Server, Zulip, KeyCloak, AWS RDS, AWS Bedrock access to AI models, GCP access to various projects). There are other third-party applications where this role would be expected to take the lead on support but work with/through with other teams (development) or third-party suppliers to provide the required support.
Key systems you will support from an end-user perspective are: Google Workspace (users/group/etc), Microsoft AD (primary identity manager, synced with AAD and GoogleWorkspace users), Azure AD (sync with AD), KeyCloak (IDM integrated with Google for SSO, and providing authentication for some of our freelance colleagues). You will also be involved in the purchasing and maintenance of end-user equipment (laptops).
EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- 3 years' experience in a similar/relevant role
- Attention to detail and able to work autonomously
- Linux and Windows systems management
- Strong linux CLI and bash scripting / automation (python/shell)
- AWS Management experience (EC2 instances)
- PVE/Proxmox virtualisation server management
- KeyCloak (or similar) IDM management and configuration
Desirable:
- AWS Solution Architect certification
- Google Cloud Console experience
- API key management and security
- Microsoft Intune MDM

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
