Technical Specialist

• Responsible in providing end users support by maintaining organization's IT infrastructure.
• Expertise on installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance
• This person will troubleshoot IT problem areas (in person - hands on, by telephone or via remote access) in a timely manner and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance when required

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Must be open for Project Based Employment Contract 1 year guaranteed RENEWABLE
• At least 1 year of related experience as IT Support
• Can work 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday)
• Willing to work even on weekends, holidays and at any time, he is needed
• Amenable to work in Maharlika Highway, Mabini, Santiago City, Isabela
