Job Summary

Performs in-process inspection condition. Records result and require immediate/ corrective action for any negative observation/ nonconformity found. Supports control of nonconforming products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Performs in-process inspection based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), product specifications and Control Plan and records in E-IPQC System.
  2. Prepares and sends reports thru email for nonconformity found and require the responsible section to make immediate/ corrective action.
  3. Informs Production Supervisor or Line Leader or Active Support Team of any negative observation/ nonconformity found in the production processes.
  4. Helps in analyzing the cause of cumulative defective units found in Production.
  5. Check implementation of immediate/ corrective action taken by Production.
  6. Verify production test monitoring and report accumulating defects to engineer in charge for immediate evaluation and corrective action.
  7. Check issued raw materials for any discrepancy between Bill of Materials (BOM), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Actual issued raw material.
  8. Conduct first five sampling every start of production or model change.
  9. Verify testing machine condition using golden samples.
