Your Role as
Multimedia Marketing Designer

As a Multimedia Marketing Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital and print platforms. From developing eye-catching campaigns to crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences, you'll be at the heart of our creative efforts. We're seeking someone who thinks boldly, executes with precision, and transforms ideas into impactful visual experiences that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative development and artwork of online and offline assets for national campaigns, working in collaboration with our creative agency partner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and execute ideas that drive brand growth through
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team and agency partner to produce content for social media and digital
• Develop creative artwork for local campaigns created on request from franchise locations
• Work with Brand Managers to keep print platforms and Canva refreshed and updated with new content and templates for franchise use
• Interrogate briefs and manage workload to ensure all deliverables are completed by the deadline and budget
• Work alongside the marketing team to create and drive effective and efficient processes
• Ensure the use of the brand both internally and by franchisees adheres to the approved brand guidelines
• Support in website refresh and content updates as required
• Produce internal briefs, reports, and presentations
• Support photography and shoot requirements as required
• Contribute to photography and video shoots, including editing and motion graphics

Schedule:
4 PM to 1 AM PHT

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years
  of experience in a creative or marketing design role, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-brand or franchise environment
• Proven experience developing creative assets for both digital and print campaigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across social media, digital, and traditional platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong motion graphics skills and experience
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic website editing
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bonus Points for

• Experience with Canva and other templating tools
• Experience in using Figma (UI/UX)
• Experience supporting photography and video shoots is a plus
