The Admin & Regulatory Compliance Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support while assisting in regulatory documentation and compliance activities for the company. This role handles filing, document control, scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation, while also helping prepare and submit regulatory requirements such as permits, certificates, and product registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage documentation, filing, office records, and archiving.
  • Handle communication with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and basic administrative forms.

Regulatory Affairs Support

  • Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents (permits, renewals, product registrations).
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely renewals or submissions.
  • Maintain regulatory files, certificates, and government-related records.
  • Coordinate with agencies such as FDA and or LGUs as needed.
  • Track regulatory updates and relay information to concerned departments.
