Supports in managing the overall operations of the Bank as a servicing channel, particularly for over-the-counter transactions and backroom functions. Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)/Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations, and other external regulatory rules.  Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Greet and assist customers with inquiries, account openings, and other banking needs.

2.     Supports in overseeing the bank operations with a particular focus on vault cash level, and cash management duties, including balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

3.     Ensures bank compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

4.     Analyzes and executes Service tasks geared towards increasing deposits, fees, and revenues from bank products, and other business initiatives.

5.     Monitors operating expenses, CIV levels, and ensures within allowed limit.

6.     Responsible for managing the risk area to eliminate errors/lapses/irregularities that could result in reputational, monetary, and other risks and/or possible financial losses.

7.     Responsible for the attainment of satisfactory audit ratings of the Bank.

8.     Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

9.     Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and maintaining customer records.

10.  Participate in training programs to stay updated on bank policies and financial products.

11.  Keeps abreast of updates on the Bank and BSP policies as stipulated in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MLPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies.

12.  Performs other tasks that may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

· Previous experience in banking policies/ procedures, customer service, or a financial institution is an advantage.

· Risk Management

· Day-to-day banking activities (i.e. HO and BC)

· Technical Expertise in Branch Operations

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

· Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

· Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures.
