Job Description
We're looking for a
Healthcare Recruiter
who's passionate about connecting talented healthcare professionals with life-changing opportunities. You'll play a key role in growing Moongig's network of nurses, medical technologists, and other allied health professionals—helping bridge the gap between supply and demand in the healthcare industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and is eager to make a real impact in the future of healthcare work.

  • Source, screen, and engage qualified healthcare professionals through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, events, etc.)
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with Moongig's partner organizations
  • Build and maintain a robust healthcare talent pipeline by engaging and nurturing relationships within professional communities
  • Collaborate with employer partners to understand their hiring needs and match them with the right candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from outreach and interview coordination to onboarding support
  • Utilize Moongig's digital platform to manage candidates, track progress, and ensure a seamless experience
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve recruitment strategies, platform capabilities, sales strategies and enhance the candidate journey
  • Represent Moongig at recruitment events, career fairs, and community engagements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment (experience in healthcare or startup environments preferred)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and licensing requirements in the Philippines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms and CRM tools
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
  • Passionate about healthcare, workforce development, and improving lives through meaningful work
