Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales performance by achieving targets for assigned products or categories. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service through strong product knowledge and engagement, maintaining attractive and well-organized merchandise displays, and monitoring inventory to ensure timely replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through product expertise and customer engagement.
  • Maintain organized, visually appealing store displays in line with merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase orders to ensure consistent product availability.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
