About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our team. This full-time role is an integral part of our Administration & Office Support team, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients and visitors.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling inquiries and providing information about the company and its services
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-organised and presentable
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive first impression of the company
- Liaising with other departments to address any client or visitor needs
- Providing general support to the office as needed
What we're looking for
- Must be a college graduate; a Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field is an advantage.
- Work experience in concierge, front desk, hotel, or property management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Filipino (knowledge on Chinese language; required).
- Professional appearance and demeanor; must be courteous, approachable, and resident-focused.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Knowledge of basic office systems (telephone, intercom, email, visitor management system).
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable; able to maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
