The Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and managing inventory levels to ensure the organization maintains accurate stock records, minimizes discrepancies, and supports efficient operations. This role involves data entry, cycle counts, reporting, and coordination with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.

  • Oversee all WMS/Barter transactions in the warehouse.
  • Review entries for all Inbound and Outbound transactions.
  • Posting or submission of reviewed entries.
  • Lead in updating inventory records in Barter/WMS and manual monitoring.
  • Coordinates and aligns with Logistics Assoc./Specialist for all inventory transactions and requests from Stores and other Departments.
  • Review Discrepancy Reports, Request for Adjustment prior to submission to Manager for Approval.
  • Lead in cycle count activities and preparing the warehouse for Inventory Count.
  • Monitor and update manual location monitoring for storages per Brand.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Audit for warehouse inventory, transaction audits and process review.
  • Lead in the variance investigation, reports creation and generation for the department especially for Inventory concerns and related KPIs.
  • Perform other related tasks required by the Management.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (Ex. IE, Business Management, Supply Chain or Logistics courses).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same function, exposure in Warehouse and Distribution operations in Retail setting.
  • Experience in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems Ex. SAP, JDA, INFOR, Oracle etc.
  • Proficient in Excel, data analysis, variance reconciliation and inventory reporting.
  • With excellent communication, coordination and time management skills and is solutions and results oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
