Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform vehicle maintenance servicing according to Isuzu Dealer Service Standard (IDSS) and specifications.
  • Upon completion of repair, evaluate the customer's vehicle to validate quality of services rendered, identify additional services required by the vehicle and recommend findings as suggested repair to the customer.
  • Coordinates with Leadman in case of additional work or delay in completion time.
  • Assist Service Advisor (Warranty) in conducting parts and failure analysis on customer complaint cases as required in submission of claims against vehicle warranty.
  • Attend training programs offered by IPC and inhouse.
  • Utilize the Global Isuzu Diagnostic Service System (GIDSS)
  • Conduct 5S activity in the area of the workplace.
  • Generate Health Report in every unit to be serviced
  • Attend relevant training programs offered by IPC
  • Ensure the validity status of National Certificate
  • Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
