  • Food Preparation- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the hotel's menu and recipe standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Station Management- Manage and maintain your designated station, including setting up, stocking, and keeping it organized throughout the shift.
  • Quality Control- Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients, and ensure that all dishes meet the hotel's standards for taste and presentation.
  • Food Safety- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness practices.
  • Menu Contribution- Participate in menu planning and recipe development, providing input based on your experience and observations.
  • Equipment Maintenance- Use kitchen equipment properly and perform basic maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Customer Service- Address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests, ensuring a positive dining experience and high level of satisfaction.
