The Copywriter is responsible for all event and digital campaigns from planning to execution. Responsibilities include handling the creative thinking process and formulating strategies for assigned campaign and projects. This role also handles the development of all copy for but not limited to presentations, collaterals, social media, videos, emails.

Duties and Responsibilities: **

  • Reports to assigned supervising officers - Sr. Creative Strategist, Associate Creative Director, Creative Director and up
  • Coordinates and works with Jr. Creative Strategist and Creative Strategists
  • Help manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Translates the marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Conducts brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Works with the creatives and accounts team from conceptualization of marketing projects and campaign execution
  • Help manage timelines when needed
  • Oversees client pitches and proposals
  • Gather, analyzes, and utilizes relevent data to develop ways to improve campaigns
  • Sorts, creative routes and ideas identifying which would work best
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies in the industry
  • Performs other work as assigned

Requirements **

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, advertising, media or related field
  • Has excellent writing, oral and research skills
  • Is keen with details and well organized
  • Is good in prioritizing and time management
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
  • Has excellent skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, and other online meeting and working platforms
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Software is a plus
  • Complies and follows creative direction, knows how to handle constructive criticism
  • Collaborates and leads the team on presentation decks
