Collector

Job Description: Responsible for accepting payments and Contacting consumers to collect overdue payments if there's any.

Detailed Function:

1. Negotiate and establish payment arrangements or settlements.
2. Contact consumers Via phone, email, or viber to collect existing for payment or overdue payment.
3. Remit Akk cash/ gcash collection to the shop assistant or Head office in charge within the day or not later than five (5) in the afternoon.
4. Issued official receipt to the customers once payment has been made.
5. Maintain detailed records of customers payments and screenshot of deposit slip/gcash transactions.
6. Update account status in the system based on collection reports.
7. Investigate & resolve disputes or discrepancies on consumer accounts. work with head office finance to resolve the issues.
8. Support to various teams or department if needed.
9. Perform any other task that may assign from time to time by immediate head / Management.
