What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment
  • Restocking clean dishes and supplies in the appropriate locations
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the dish pit and surrounding areas
  • Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed to support the team
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team under pressure
  • Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of a fast-paced kitchen environment
