IT Staff

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with POS systems
• Willing to do onsite support to all stores concerning hardware, software and Network issues.
• Good in CPU hardware and software troubleshooting / Printer Troubleshooting / Network basic.
• Analytical, logical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge in Server, Router, and Switches installation
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Has customer service and rapport-building skills.

• With strong attention to detail.

• Willing to do fieldwork if required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all IT-related tasks within the company.
• Providing technical support to resolve issues with POS hardware, software, and network components such as diagnosing and fixing problems with POS terminals, printers, scanners, and related software applications across the company.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain well-organized reporting systems.
• Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Research and propose new systems and technologies to enhance IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the web system.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
