As a FINREP Specialist, you are responsible for the accurate and timely recording of TAMG transactions and accounting entries generated by the Prospero Trust system, as well as manually booked entries; accurate and timely submission of reports to trustors, management and government regulatory agencies; the regular reconcilement of GL/SL accounts of the Trustors' Books, in accordance with existing rules and regulations governing the trust business and the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
How you'll contribute

Prepares and generates clients' financial statements for various Trust and Investment Management Accounts (Retirement, Pre-need, Provident funds, Personal Management Trust, Fiduciary Accounts and Other Trust accounts).

Prepares certification of balances and statement of accounts as may be requested by the clients.

Handles Pre-EOD process: NAVpu calculation, Mark-to-market valuation, monitoring of BAU (redemption payable, AP, AR, ending units), Encoding prices of new securities, encoding PDS USD-PHP exchange rate in Prospero and others.

Reconciles GL account balances (Cash/Deposits in bank)

Processes collection of Trust Fees (via Wrap fees option in Prospero or manual entries) upon confirmation with the Account Officer.

Processes/Confirms Trust fee calculations on BAU transactions

Prepares Final Accounting Report for closed accounts

Maintains adequate records and documents (i.e. financial statements) of clients to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements.

Prepares various management / internal reports

Performs uploading/publication of daily NAVpu in SBC website, TOAP website and Bloomberg and participates in the UAT / DEV activities.
What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related field

Graduate of a Business, Finance or Accounting program, preferably CPA or with related experience

Knowledgeable on accountancy and able to adapt in new regulations in line with the financial industry

Preferably has knowledge of trust products, i.e. UITFs up to date on current BIR, BSP, SEC/IC and PFRS regulations

Able to multi task , attentive to details and delivers accurate reports on time or earlier With experience in generation and submission of client reports/SOAs Familiar with system enhancement and/or the trust system

Demonstrates professionalism and composure, even in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
