About the role

KHZ Wellness Massage Services OPC is seeking passionate and experienced Massage Therapists to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig City. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, personalised massage services to our clients, helping them achieve a greater sense of relaxation, rejuvenation and overall wellness. This is a full-time position based in our state-of-the-art wellness centre in the heart of Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and speciality massages, to address clients' specific needs and concerns
2. Conducting thorough client consultations to understand their concerns, preferences, and any medical conditions that may require modified techniques
3. Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients throughout their massage sessions
4. Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards of service
5. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and satisfied
6. Maintaining detailed client records and session notes

What we're looking for

1. With or without experience.
2. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs
3. Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and the wellness team
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the wellness centre
6. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety
