Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Industry Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Sales, with a proven track record of success in related roles.

· Trade and Channel Marketing Expertise: Proficient understanding of trade marketing, channel marketing, and sales strategies to optimize regional sell-out performance.

· Data Analysis and Insights: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, derive insights, and apply them to enhance sell-out strategies.

· Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders to drive favorable outcomes in regional markets.

· Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with relevant software tools for managing sales and marketing data.

· Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on deadlines and objectives.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with regional market demands and company goals.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges effectively and make data-driven decisions.

· Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve regional objectives.
