Overview of the Position:

  • Performing detailed requirement analysis and documenting processes.
  • Liaising with Management, internal departments, and end-users to determine system efficiency and functionality.
  • Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
  • Interacting with project manager, developer, and other technical team in developing new software system. Answer phone calls and dealing with customer inquiry
