  • Welcomes and greets guest at any of the hotel entrance and ensures that all guest are attended to in a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
  • Assists with heavy packages, coats, suitcase and endorse them to the bell attendant.
  • Provides information to guests about the Hotel facilities and services.
  • Coordinates with the traffic controllers in maintaining orderly traffic in front of the hotel and immediate vicinity.
  • Ensures all luggages being released or stored are correct and logged accordingly.
  • Ensures that the Bell trollies are clean and well maintained.
  • Assumes other duties assigned by Management as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum relevant experience of concierge/ Bell service in the Hotel industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Hotel facilities and services.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English; knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
