Job Title: Frontend QA/Test Engineer

Location: West McKinley, Taguig City

About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Frontend QA/Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, usability, and reliability of our frontend web applications built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and A core responsibility will be designing and maintaining well-structured test cases that cover new features, bug fixes, and regression scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases for frontend functionality and UI.
  • Perform manual testing for functionality, UI/UX, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Validate frontend logic and workflows in projects.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
  • Support regression and release testing through both manual and automated approaches.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to overall product quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience writing and maintaining test cases and test documentation.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks, ideally (experience with React or Angular is also a plus).
  • Proficiency with browser developer tools for debugging UI issues.
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design testing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with frontend/UI automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
