Join Scriptmed, Inc., as a Regulatory Pharmacist.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare and medical industry. Based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in upholding the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing and interpreting pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and policies to ensure Scriptmed's operations are compliant
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and control processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting on regulatory compliance activities
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory landscape and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Providing expert guidance and training to the pharmacy team on regulatory matters
  • Representing the company in regulatory inspections and audits

What we're looking for

  • Registered pharmacist with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a regulatory or compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Thorough understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and regulatory compliance software
